Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bryant had signed with Adidas in 1996 when he entered the NBA, but signed with Nike in 2003 once his deal with the German brand expired. In 1996, Kobe Bryant was drafted by the The Charlotte Hornets.

He was instantly known for his flamboyant and flashy style of play. As the world took notice, so did a little sneaker company out of Beaverton, Oregon known as Nike. It was this partnership that sparked the urban sneaker culture as it is today.

From this movement, Black Legacy Fashion's Kobe Bryant line was born.

We would like to credit Daniel Jamison as the creative assistant designer for the BLF Kobe Bryant apparel and Shakima Clarke makeup artist.
